Practical guide to the BitMessaging web interface: login, balance, test sending, XLSX bulk sending, contact lists, sent messages and monthly summaries.

Web interface workflows

Login and access

Access is provided by the BitMessaging team. If you do not have credentials or need renewal, request platform access through the contact form.

Opening screen and balance

After login, the dashboard shows the current monthly traffic value and short statistics for messages sent in the current month and today.

Test message sending

Use the test sending panel with recipient number, message text and charset. Accepted phone number examples: +36301234567 or 36301234567.

7bit and unicode charset

7bit supports the GSM character set and gives 160 characters per SMS. Unicode supports full accented and special characters, with 70 characters per SMS segment.

XLSX bulk sending

Bulk sending can be started from XLS/XLSX files. Cells must be text-formatted and must not contain formulas; the first row is treated as a helper row.

Contact lists

Contact lists can be created for campaigns by importing names and phone numbers, then sending SMS campaigns to selected lists.

Sent messages

Sent message views help review delivery status, message count, recipient format and exported operational data.

Monthly summaries

Monthly summaries support administration and billing checks by showing traffic and message history for the period.

Before larger sending

Always test message length, encoding and expected SMS segment count before sending larger campaigns or operational batches.
